Terms of Service
Please read before using OrbitKit. By installing or using any OrbitKit app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of OrbitKit apps and services ("the Service"), operated by The Ideal Monday Development. By installing, accessing, or using any OrbitKit product, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
OrbitKit is a suite of monday.com marketplace applications that extend monday.com functionality. OrbitKit BI enables users to connect monday.com boards to external BI tools via live JSON data feeds. The Service fetches data from monday.com on your behalf and provides it to configured BI tools in real time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability.
3. Accounts and Authorization
To use OrbitKit apps, you need a valid monday.com account and must authorize via OAuth 2.0. By authorizing, you grant OrbitKit read access to your monday.com boards, workspaces, and user profile. You are responsible for securing your OrbitKit access tokens. You may only use OrbitKit with monday.com accounts you have legitimate access to.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: access monday.com data you're not authorized to access; reverse-engineer source code; create excessive API requests degrading service for others; resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; circumvent any security mechanisms; use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Subscription and Billing
OrbitKit currently offers a free tier. Paid plans are coming soon. When launched: subscriptions are billed monthly or annually; you may cancel anytime; 30 days' notice before price changes to existing subscribers.

6. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Your data remains yours. We don't claim ownership of any monday.com data accessed through the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
OrbitKit apps, website, codebase, design, and branding are the intellectual property of The Ideal Monday Development. All rights reserved. The monday.com name belongs to monday.com Ltd. OrbitKit is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by monday.com Ltd., Microsoft (Power BI), or Salesforce (Tableau).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ideal Monday Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may terminate by deleting your connections and revoking app authorization from monday.com account settings. We may suspend for Terms violations. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via the OrbitKit app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India.
