When you purchase a solution, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the included templates, flows, and assets within your own organisation. Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the source files.

3. Payments & taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are handled by our payment providers. You authorise us to charge the amount shown for your selected solution or subscription.

4. Refunds

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use OrbitKit for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

OrbitKit and its content, branding, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Your licence to purchased solutions does not transfer ownership.

7. Disclaimers

OrbitKit products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for testing and validating any automation before deploying it to a production tenant.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
