We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available across our different offerings.
Digital downloads (DIY solutions)
Because DIY solutions are digital products delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If a solution is materially not as described or you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
Done-with-you & done-for-you services
For services that include our time, refunds are pro-rated based on work already performed. If you cancel before work begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period is not pro-rated unless required by law.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@orbitkit.dev or use our contact page with your order reference.
- Tell us which item and the reason for the request.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment provider and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
